The Vyas Eyecare Center was founded in 2000 November. He has carved a niche for himself by establishing an Eye clinic called Vyas Eyecare Center in Bikaner, Rajasthan, through which he has done yeoman service for the rural poor blind. He widened his horizon by sharing his and other stalwart's knowledge with the fellow doctors by conducting various education and teaching programs.

He has visited various centers for live surgery demo and lecture presentation on Squint [Sri ganganagar, Ajmer, Alwar, Udaipur and Kota, Sikar and Abu road conference. He has chaired various sessions in national and state conference seminars and symposia.
